We only collect a small amount of data, and only when you give it to us. When you join our First Taste List sign-up form, we collect your first name, email address, and your explicit consent to receive marketing emails (via a checkbox you must actively tick, never pre-ticked). If you email us directly, we collect your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. Our site is hosted on Wix.com, which automatically collects standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, general usage) needed to run and secure the site. We do not use any additional analytics or advertising trackers beyond Wix's own built-in functionality, and we never collect payment details or special category data through this site.

 

We use your first name and email to send the marketing emails you signed up for, relying on your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or emailing us. We use enquiry emails to respond to you, and technical data to keep the site secure, both under our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)). We never sell your data. Wix.com Ltd acts as our data processor, hosting our site and storing sign-up submissions; Wix is based in Israel and the US and applies its own safeguards for international data transfers (see wix.com/about/privacy). We may also disclose data if required by law.
